The İstanbul Kültür University (İKÜ) Business Development, Industrial and Sectoral Relations Unit (IGESIB) has the following strategic targets:

• To create the workforce equipped with the competencies required by the public and private institutions and organizations by trying to improve and develop the university-sector relations,
• To determine the issues and situations that the industry needs and will need in the future by doing effective research on the innovations and developments in the field, and to develop new projects within this framework,
• To create joint projects that will make the University’s relationship with the sector strong and lasting,
• To create educational environments that will enable the training of the workforce with high employability who will work in harmony for the development of the sector,
• To be a branded educational institution in the field of employment creation with the trainings given at national and international standards.
