The Applied Entrepreneurship Trainings are organized under the cooperation of KOSGEB, İŞKUR and İstanbul Kültür University, in order to increase the success levels of the enterprises that will be established by entrepreneurs who want to start their own business based on a business plan. In these trainings, entrepreneurs who plan to start a business gain the ability to make products and prices, analyze the market and deal with the competition, manage the production processes in and out of the company, face the issues to be considered in the selection and placement of personnel, and manage the business finances.

These trainings are;
- Organized by KOSGEB departments,
- Carried out by KOSGEB within the scope of national and international projects,
- Organized by different institutions and organizations in cooperation with KOSGEB,
- Entrepreneurship courses given by universities within the scope of formal education,
- compulsory in terms of attendance.
The trainings consist of 40 hours including workshops and are open to general participation between 10:00 - 17:00 on weekdays for 5 working days. Excluding the insured and retired participants, uninsured participants are paid 20 TL per day and 100 TL in total. These trainings are free, with all education expenses covered by İstanbul Kültür University and İŞKUR.
* TL 100,000 loan support is given with zero interest rate; the first 30 months are non-refundable and the remaining 24 months are split into equal installments.
** The payment conditions of the non-refundable grant support are 60% for men and 70% for women and limited to TL 50,000.
